1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Delivery (Pan India):** 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or due to external factors like weather or logistics delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to all orders below ₹999.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee of ₹49 will be applied.
4. Delivery Partners
- We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely delivery across India.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure all shipping details (name, address, contact number) are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
7. Non-Delivery or Missed Delivery
- If a delivery attempt is missed and the courier is unable to contact you, they may reattempt delivery. If the order is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, Club A9 only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
