- Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. Orders
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Club A9 reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Payment
- We accept payments through secure gateways for Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- For COD, an additional charge of ₹49 is applicable.
7. Shipping
- We currently ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery times range from 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

8. Returns & Exchanges
- We offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Refunds are processed after a quality check. Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
